Due to the delicate nature of our preserved rose arrangements, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
As our arrangements are carefully handcrafted and fragile, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Order Changes
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
